“Confirmation is one of the seven sacraments through which Catholics pass in the process of their religious upbringing. According to Catholic doctrine, in this sacrament they are sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit and are strengthened in their Christian life.”
These pictures were taken inside St James’s Roman Catholic Church in London on a rainy Saturday November morning before His Eminence Cardinal Raymond Burke conferred this Catholic rite on sixty of the faithful.
After some celebratory conversation it was time to leave St. James’s Church to attend a Pontifical High Mass of Requiem And Absolutions at Westminster Cathedral.
The religious and the laity listen to a heart-warming homily given by the saintly Cardinal Burke.
